STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
A classic functional training class, typically with a strength section where we practice a certain lift and technique followed by a sweaty WOD “workout of the day”.
In these classes we practice everything from olympic lifting, gymnastics and other functional movements.
Classes are from beginners to advance, all exercises and movement are scalable to your own level.
HIIT
A class without the technical olympic lifting techniques but with the same high intensity! Here we use things like kettlebells, wall balls and body weight to sweat out functional movements that strengthen your whole body.

ICE BATH
Designed to accelerate muscle recovery, reduce inflammation, and boost mental resilience, this class offers a guided, therapeutic cold-water immersion.
You'll start with a warm-up to activate circulation, followed by expert instruction on breathwork and mindfulness techniques to prepare your body and mind for the cold.
Then, step into the ice bath, where you’ll experience the benefits of cold therapy under the guidance of our trained professionals.

A passionate Level 2 CrossFit coach dedicated to transforming lives through functional training. Originally from Sweden, left the 9-5 grind behind to follow his dream of living on his favorite island, where now helps clients achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. With a deep love for health and wellness, Robert brings expertise, enthusiasm, and a personal touch to every session. When not coaching, he enjoys playing jazz guitar, composing music, exploring nature, traveling, and admiring the elegance of cats.

Began her CrossFit journey in 2019 and has since developed a deep passion for helping people elevate their training in a sustainable and effective way. With a naturallynomadic lifestyle, she has lived and worked in various countries, gaining unique perspectives and experiences. Outside the gym, Hanna enjoys freediving, practicing breathwork, immersing herself in nature, traveling the world, and, of course, admiring cats.Her holistic approach to fitness and wellness creates an environment wheremembers can thrive both physically and mentally.

Our receptionist and all-around super fixer! She's the first friendly face you'll see when you step into the box, always ready with a big smile and a great sense of humor. Wan makes sure the daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. A true Lanta local, her knowledge of the island is unparalleled—if she doesn’t know something about it, it’s probably not worth knowing!
In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with her family & friends.
