STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
A classic functional training class, typically with a strength section where we practice a certain lift and technique followed by a sweaty WOD “workout of the day”.
In these classes we practice everything from olympic lifting, gymnastics and other functional movements.
Classes are from beginners to advance, all exercises and movement are scalable to your own level.
HIIT
A class without the technical olympic lifting techniques but with the same high intensity! Here we use things like kettlebells, wall balls and body weight to sweat out functional movements that strengthen your whole body.

TEAM WOD
Finish off your week with an exhilarating team workout that's sure to get you sweating! Join forces with a partner matched to your fitness level and tackle our epic WOD (Workout of the Day).
Our sessions incorporate a variety of equipment including barbells, rigs, and bodyweight exercises. All exercises can be modified, making it accessible for all fitness levels to join in and enjoy the challenge.
CIRCUIT EXPRESS
Do you want to start the day in an effective way and get maximum results in a short time? Welcome to our circuit express! We do 5 rounds in 5 challenging stations where you do 40 seconds hard work, 20 seconds rest. The whole body will be trained and toned from this efficient intervall training session!
This is an express 40 minute session with 25 minute circuit training. We do 5 rounds on 5 stations.
In this class we alternate body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, wallballs and slamballs. No barbells or heavy weights,just pure fun, movement, and sweat!
BOX KIDS
Our 45-minute class (including a 30-minute workout) offers playful and engaging training designed specifically for kids aged 7-11. Using light weights and body weight exercises, children will hang, swing, jump, run, push, and pull their way to fitness while having loads of fun.
This sweat-filled session encourages kids to stay active, build strength, and meet new friends in a supportive environment.
No barbells or technical lifts are involved—just safe, dynamic movements to keep them moving and smiling!
SUNSET PIER WOD
Experience a workout in paradise! Our sunset WOD combines kettlebells, slamballs, and bodyweight exercises for a high-intensity, functional training session. Set against the stunning backdrop of the ocean, this workout is designed to challenge all fitness levels—no barbells needed! After sweating it out on the pier a refreshing dip in the sea is the perfect way to cool down.

BREATHWORK & ICEBATH
In this class we learn the faschinating mental aspects of breathing technique and icebath. We do a deep dive into the body-mind connection and explore our inner world with the help of our breath.
This class is held in our relax lounge and icebath area behind the gym. We will start with an introduction, followed by a 30 minute relaxing breathwork session and then icebath.

ICE BATH
Very welcome to enjoy our refreshing ice bath and soothing relax lounge at any time during opening hours.
Ice bath accelerates muscle recovery, reduces inflammation and boost mental resilience,.
To avoid waiting time, the ce bath needs to be pre-booked since we buy the ice before your session. Please let us know on social media channels or in the gym what time you would like to do your cold plunge.
